Although Nicole Richie is expecting her second child with Joel Madden, she is not too worried about marrying him.

She admits she doesn't need a ring or a walk down the aisle to make their status official.

"I don't know about the future... I make it a custom not to plan the future. I may plan to and I may not," Richie told Japanese ViVi magazine (via Us.)
